Enquiries and testimonials

If you submit a form, the details you enter are processed by Netlify Forms and forwarded through email so your enquiry can be answered or your testimonial reviewed. Please include only what is needed to contact you and explain your request. Avoid sending detailed clinical histories, identity documents or other sensitive records through the website.

Your enquiry is not published. Testimonials may be published only after review and with the permission you provide. Submitting a testimonial does not guarantee publication. You can email a request to withdraw permission or delete a submission; any applicable recordkeeping requirements will be considered.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is used to understand general website traffic, such as visits, broad location, device type and referral sources. The Analytics tag loads only if you choose Accept analytics. Declining does not prevent you from browsing or sending an enquiry.

Analytics uses cookies and browser or device information to produce reports. This implementation sends the address and title of the public content page being viewed, removes URL query strings and fragments from the page address, and reduces referral addresses to their website origin. It does not deliberately send form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, clinical messages, client records or booking outcomes to Google Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in the website tag.

Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days. Your consent choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Use Analytics preferences in the website footer to change your choice. Declining after acceptance stops subsequent Analytics tracking and attempts to remove this site's Analytics cookies; it does not undo data already sent.

Google may process information on servers outside your country. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's privacy policy. Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on is another available option.

Hosting, social embeds and external links

Netlify hosts this website and may process technical request information to deliver and protect it. The website also loads Google Fonts and embeds selected Instagram content. These third-party services may receive technical information when their content loads and apply their own privacy practices. The Analytics preference controls Google Analytics only. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn or payment services take you to services with their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can decline Analytics, change browser cookie settings, and contact Dr. Shilpa Jasubhai about the personal information you submitted. The forms and email are for initial contact and are not emergency services.
